Whether you go by interaction designer, digital designer or UI/UX designer is not that important - what matters most is the mindset and passion you have for designing a next-generation audio production and collaboration product.

Preferred Qualifications
BSc/MSc in UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field; relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
Experience designing complex digital products is valued, but above all, you have a passion for learning, exploring new ideas, and pushing your design skills forward.
Expertise in Interaction Design, Motion Design, Inclusive Design, and Human Interface Design.
Ability to switch effortlessly between holistic systems thinking and pixel-perfect execution.
Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy to create efficient and delightful user experiences.
Solid skills of Figma — our go-to tool for designing, prototyping, and documenting seamless user experiences
Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary product teams alongside technologists and product managers to create cohesive, user-centered solutions.
